Prepared for FetTech, LLC · ReyaGel
A clean, bounded connection between the ReyaGel website and HubSpot, so signups flow in on their own and your patient and doctor newsletter reaches the right people, correctly.
Prepared by Dimple Thakkar, SYNHERGY, for Juliet Hahn.
SYNHERGY is a multiple award winning, full service marketing and technology agency, 18 years in. Strategy, web, automation, and creative live under one roof, so you are not stitching together three vendors to get one thing done right.
Relevant proof
We have built and run compliant marketing for regulated medical work, including HIPAA compliant patient recruitment for a metastatic breast cancer study at USC. We found that researcher more qualified patients in months than she had reached in years. We understand that an FDA cleared device company cannot treat marketing data casually, and we build accordingly.
Your contacts live in HubSpot, but new signups from the ReyaGel website do not flow in on their own, so your team is entering them by hand. On top of that, the marketing consent gap means HubSpot will not send to anyone who did not opt in, which is exactly why the newsletter has been stuck.
This proposal fixes the plumbing. It connects the two systems, kills the manual entry, and maps consent correctly so the newsletter can go out the right way. Your existing patient and doctor portal already works and is not part of this engagement.
Scope is the ReyaGel website (reyagel.com) only. This is a fixed price project, not a retainer.
Scoped to complete in 2 to 4 weeks, often sooner, in time for your next newsletter send. Final timing depends on how quickly we receive access and answers from your side.
We have priced this as a clean, standard connection, which is what the project looks like from the outside. If we get into the back end and the reality is materially bigger, say the existing connections are tangled, the consent data needs cleanup, or custom development is required, we stop, show you exactly what we found, and requote that part as a separate fixed fee before we touch it. You will never get a surprise invoice, and nothing beyond this scope is built or billed without your written go ahead.
Reply to approve and we will send the kickoff invoice and a short checklist of the access we need from you.
A note on this page. We designed it to be easy to read: the Lexend typeface, generous spacing, and a low glare palette, so the document itself is calm to get through.
